Orders placed from https://online.frankoarmondi.com until 16:00 on working days will be shipped within 1-3 days if our products are in stock. If the purchased product (s) are not in our stocks, they are supplied from their stores. The supply of the products you have purchased can take 4-5 business days. Weather conditions may cause delay in shipping due to natural disasters.

The processing time for orders placed on Friday is the first Monday following.

Your orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the first business day following and delivered to cargo.

Our stocks can change instantly as a result of our order and campaign density.

The time we specified for delivery on the product detail page is 100% tolerant according to the time the cargo company can deliver. During the periods coinciding with New Year's Eve, holidays and special days, the specified period may exceed a little due to the intensity.
In case of any error at the specified address, a connection is made with the orderer regarding the order that cannot be delivered.
